Programs for every skill level. Designed to help maximize learning and growth for our Middle & Elementary School Age Groups.

For the best growth, please make sure you sign up for the rightful skill level. We will move players around to match their skills to each program. Players may be moved based on skill development. Our goal is to level up each athlete from Xcel to Triple Ball to Club Prep Academy.

XCEL ACADEMY - 7 WEEK PROGRAM
BEGINNER LEVEL
2 Days A Week, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Part of our Annual Fall Fest Programs, we kick off our school year with our popular XCEL ACADEMY. Redesigned for Beginner Level, we will heavily focus on Passing and Serving, the backbone of the game of volleyball. This development training program will also implement basic foundations of hitting and setting, incorporating mini game-like drills at mid-season. For boys and girls ages 8 - 14 year old. Open to all players looking to play in future NYS Recreational League.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
2 Days A Week, Mondays and Wednesdays
Starts Monday, August 17th from 5:00P - 6:30P

New program alert!!! For Intermediate Level Athletes, this is a developmental training + gameplay series to help athletes continue to elevate their fundamentals and help achieve maximum reps and touches. Weekly Practice and In-Program Games throughout the season. All Skills training needed to learn to play the game. Learn all positions and rotations to help you understand the game and prepare you for team competition. For players with some recreational or elite league experience that may is still looking for major growth. Open to all players looking play on a 12u, 13u, and 14u local / regional teams.

ADVANCED LEVEL
2 Days A Week, Mondays and Wednesdays
Starts Monday, August 17th from 6:30P - 8:00P

CLUB PREP ACADEMY is our pre-cursor to our 14U and Under Tryouts. Learn from our coaches skills training plus game reps to get you ready for your season. This program is suited for Semi-Advanced/Advanced Level athletes looking to tryout for a National Team or Modified Travel Team. Open to all players looking to play on 12u, 13u, and 14u travel teams.
