WHAT IS CLUB PREP ACADEMY?
Designed for Semi-Advanced/Advanced Level Athletes to help fine tune all skills and gameplay for club tryout preparation. Skills focuses on Passing, Serving, Serve/Receive, Attacking and Blocking, and Setting Training. Serve/Receive Patterns, Offensive and Defensive Transitions and Systems to round up the IQ part of the game.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
For all 12u, 13U, and 14U looking to tryout for a National or Modified Travel Team. Players should have an intensive knowledge in all skills and game-play.
WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
Our goal is to help players continue to train in all skills to help with game-play. We will help to explain Zones, Positions, and standard Base Defense and Offense. We will follow all rules of volleyball but with some slight modification to help control our Triple Ball concept. We will teach all skills during the 7 week period while learning positions, zones, defensive and offensive systems, and Serve/Receive formations.
WHEN DOES CLUB PREP ACADEMY START?
EVERY MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FROM 6:30P - 8:00P STARTING MONDAY, AUGUST 17TH. NO CLASSES ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH DUE TO LABOR DAY. 7 WEEK PROGRAM AND WILL CONCLUDE THE WEEK OF CLUB TRYOUTS.
This is a 7 Week Program starting Monday, August 17th through Wednesday, September 30th. No class on Labor Day, September 7th. Player will receive 1 Practice Shirt and 1 Game Jersey (Jersey only for full 7 Week Registration).
